NGS – Nagasaki Airport was small and cute; in Japanese way of talking, “kawai(lovely cute)”. But, similar with other big-time airports in Japan, for instance, KIX – Kansai Airport near Osaka and NGO – Chubu Centrair International Airport near Nagoya, it was created on a offshore island. The difference is that whereas those KIX and NGO were built on artificial islands, NGS was built from a “real” island whose shape was seriously different from nowadays’ – a square.

Change “Stocks” to “Currency Chart”

For those who are not much interested in stock market, “Stocks” app in Apple iPhone would be one of least used default apps. Then, what about modifying it into a nice currency indicator? It is very easy, and no jailbreak is required.
1. Run “Stocks” app and tap i (information icon) on the right bottom. Then, you can see its setting screen as below. Tap + buttom on the top left, in order to add currency equations.

I needed some fresh air. It was one summer day when its everyday atmosphere was getting hotter and wetter, making me helpless. I felt like a polar bear at a zoo in Equatorial Guinea. This symptom means, “It’s time to go out and kick some ass”; thus, I headed to Nagasaki-ken(長崎県), Japan, in August 2009.
